Lil Nas X surprised a lot of his fans when he announced on Sunday that he was gay. The revelation came on World Pride Day, which seems more deliberate than a coincidence. According to him, he felt that he had made evident about the fact that he was gay.

The Singer came out a member of LGBT community on twitter where he posted the video for his song “C7osure” and urged fans to listen carefully to the lyrics, writing, “some of y’all already know, some of y’all don’t care, some of y’all not gone fwm no more. But before this month ends I want y’all to listen closely to c7osure” and adding a rainbow emoji.
