Amid new challenges in Fortnite Season 9, its players saw something more than that. Fortnite has become a household name. So promoters use it as a platform to promote their stuff. For example, we saw Avengers: Endgame and John Wick collaborated with Fortnite to promote their movie.
This time the game is collaborating with Netflix’s Stranger Things 3. Fortnite X Stranger Things crossover is exciting the crowd.
The show premiered on July 4 this year. In the trailer of the show, we saw Scoops Ahoy Ice Cream Parlor. This place is added in the game. Apart from that, mysterious portals have been seen in the game.
The Portals has been spotted all over Mega Mall. This is the place where Scoops Ahoy Ice Cream Parlor is located. It will be safe to say that we will be witnessing some of the characters from the show to be working there.
If you are going for parlor’s back room, you will be witnessing one of the portals which were spotted. If you go near it, then you will be teleported to the Flush Factory shop. You can also go back to the parlor by using that portal.
You can find other portals in Oink shop and the Junk-4 Cash Pawn Shop. Apart from portals a couple of skins is also available. This allows the players to become Chief Hopper or the Demogorgon. For Chief Hopper, you have to pay 1,500, and for Demogorgon, you have to pay 1,200 ‘v bucks.’
Fortnite, in its official twitter handle, wrote “The gate has been opened. Get the new Stranger Things set from the Item Shop now including the Chief Hopper and Demogorgon outfits and Vines Wrap! #FortniteXStrangerThings”
