Two individuals including an 8-year-old kid were killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Harford County on Monday, the Maryland State Police said.
Six individuals were taken to region emergency clinics — two to University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center including the 8-year-old kid who kicked the bucket, two to Johns Hopkins Bayview and two to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, Snyder said.
Traffic has been sponsored up on Route 24 and encompassing streets throughout the morning. Snyder said police plan to have the street re-opened by about 12:30 p.m.
