Bond 25: 25th Movie
Daniel Craig will be back as 007 for the 25th time. News is that there will be a new director. The date of release is so unique. It is Valentine’s day of 2020. Danny Boyle, the former director, quitted because of which the movie got delayed. Craig too had signed up for another role, in Knives Out.
Cary Fukunaga Takes Over
It was revealed on 20th September that the new director is Cary Fukunaga. This 41-year-old has in the past produced True Detective. Do you wonder why Cary had to take over? It is because Danny left and his reason was ‘creative differences’. Daniel’s final 007 movies will be called Shatterhand. Earlier it was simply known as Bond 25, but the working title is Shatterhand.
Old Script Writers
Neal Purvis and Robert Wade have written the script. They together have worked on the last 007 movies. Daniel too was not ready to play 007 again, and this is what he said: “I have been quite cagey about it. I have been doing interviews all day, and people have been asking me, and I think I’ve been rather coy. But kind of felt like if I was going to speak the truth, I should speak truth to you.”
