Hasbro has officially unveiled its biggest transformer ever, Transformers: War for Cybertron Unicron. This massive figure is a project of Hasbro’s HASLAB beating the previous record set by fortress Maximus. HASLAB is the company’s crowdfunding platform for “dream products.”
All about this massive Unicron figure:
The character unicorn debuted in the 1986 film transformers: the movie. There have been toy approximations of Unicron before, but this one is the biggest and massive.

This Unicron stands at over 27 feet with more than 50 points of articulation. It has movable eyes, fingers, mouth, and teeth. It is fully transformable into planet mode which features planet-eating jaws, capable of opening wide enough to consume another planet. In planet mode, Unicron in 30 inches in diameter. This incredible planet mode also includes posable planetary rings. The figure comes with a stand for posing in both planet mode and robot mode. Hasbro is even currently crowdfunding a life-size cookie monster. And recently we got to take a look at Transformers: The Card Game on-Exclusive Blaster and Soundwave 35th anniversary boxed set.
So here the question arises that where can you get your hands on him? The massive Unicron will be available at the beginning of 2021 for a price of $575. And it is being sold via Haslab, Hasbro’s crowdfunding division, which is devoted to producing toys on demand that otherwise wouldn’t be possible.
The Haslab campaign is seeking 8,000 backers before the end of August 31, 2019, to make this Unicron available across the world. If 8000 people don’t want to buy Unicron before 31 august, 2019, you will never find its existence. We hope that number to have no problem filling up, though. After the campaign closes, Hasbro won’t be manufacturing the giant Unicron until 2021. Hasbro said if the figure gets funded, it “will be looking at ways to make this team available internationally,” which is fantastic news for transformers fans outside the US.x
