Whitney took her first breath on 4 September 1982, in Washington DC, US. She is the daughter of former public relation director ‘Patti Cummings’ at Neiman, her parents separated when she was only five years old. She completed her graduation from Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania and has a degree in communication.
