The prosecutors from Rhode Island has now dismissed the case of the man who was detained by police after he was found stalking famous pop singer, Taylor Swift’s beachfront mansion in Rhode Island.
The 32-year-old man, called by the name David Page Liddle was arrested by the police back in Westerly on July 19. The man was apprehended after Taylor Swift’s neighbor developed suspicion as he was hanging around the 29-year-old pop star’s property. The believed intruder had a metal bat, a crowbar, 30 lock picks and gloves in his backpack. The police arrested the guy from Des Moines, Iowa, and charged him with the possession of burglary tools and possession of a weapon other than a firearm.
But now, the things surfaced that the Liddle guy won’t be charged for his shady act. A spokesman for the Rhode Island attorney general’s office told WJAR-TV they declined to pursue filing charges against the 32-year-old David Page Liddle.
David in the conversation with police said that he had arrived from New York to catch up with the 10-time Grammy award-winning singer, Taylor Swift as he knows her personally and wants to get help from the singer herself to develop his music career.
This is not the first time the Blank Space singer encountered such situation. A man named Julius Sandrock allegedly attempted to break into Singer’s Beverly Hills home a year before. The Liddle guy previously has been accused of stalking 23 Billboard Music Awards winner.
