The fourth episode of Game of Thrones saw an unexpected death. This loss shocked many viewers. Nobody expected that Daenerys Targaryen’s dragon Rhaegal could be killed so easily at the hands of Euron Greyjoy. But, this is no unusual in Game of Thrones. Such things happen in this show surprisingly. However, the question presently stands ‘is there another twist forthcoming’?
GOT Season 8 Episode 5’s promo was released. In this, we can see Euron shocked as he looks up in the sky. Only Dragon is left, and that might not be the reason.
A recent fan theory suggests that Dragon is actually a female. She might have been laying eggs when we last saw her in Season 5.
On observing the promo closely, we can see that Euron Greyjoy looks up at the sky and hears a roar and gets scared. He wouldn’t be scared for just a single dragon. There is a possibility that there are more dragons.
Pilou Asbæk, who plays Euron Greyjoy in the series, has hinted the same on Instagram. He teased, ‘you might see a dragon…or two…or none.’
Moreover, in the opening credits of GOT Season 8, we have seen an image of a large dragon with three smaller dragons following it. This could be the perfect indication of what might be coming.
