As per reports, Marvel Cinematic Universe undoubtedly the biggest money-spinning franchise wants to cast Keanu in their upcoming projects ………….
The John Wick Star Keanu Reeves has ruled over the Hollywood industry for 3 decades now. The star was a part of several blockbuster films in the past. His incredible body of work includes his roles in Point Break, Speed, John Wick franchise, Bill and Ted franchise and many more.
The recent release of ‘John Wick Chapter 3- Parabellum’, earned the actor a lot of appreciation for his wonderful acting. One New York Times critic praised Reeves’ versatility, saying that he “displays considerable discipline and range….. ” The critic further said,” he moves easily between the buttoned-down demeanor that suits a police procedural story and the loose-jointed manner of his comic role.”
His excellent performances could now bag him a role in the Marvel movie. As per sources, the franchise wants Reeves on board for their next project. Even Reeves is considered to be in talks with Marvel Studios. Hence, we might see Keanu join MCU if the negotiations fall into place.
MCU has confirmed its 2 release in 2020. The two projects are the Black Widow movie and The Eternals. The Black Widow movie went on the floor last week and The Eternals will also start very soon. As per sources, Reeves has been approached for a powerful role in The Eternals. MCU is planning to introduce quite a few new characters and Keanu will be playing one of them. This decision was taken as ‘Avengers- Endgame’ witnessed the death of some iconic characters.
If Keanu signs the movie then it will be another stepping stone for him. This collaboration will also increase the Marvel fan base. Die-hard Keanu fans want to see their star become a part of this project. Therefore, fans should wait for an official confirmation.
