The team has officially announced on Twitter regarding the Blu-ray release of the movie ‘Weathering with you.’ The post confirmed the release of Blu-ray and DVD edition on 27th May in Japan. Fans are excited and anxiously waiting to get their hands on their copies. The movie was a major hit with a collection of $130 million, and this seems to rise higher given a large number of fans of the movie. Fans will surely grab their DVD copies and Blu-ray editions.
Price
Three choices of editions will be launched, and fans can choose from these accordingly. It’s much more exciting that these editions will have subtitles as well. The price of the Blue-ray edition will be $44 whereas the normal DVD version will have a price of $35. The Ultra HD DVD version launched will cost $110.
Plot
The story initiates with a boy named Hodaka Morishima running away from his home island to Tokyo, where he finds a girl named Hina, who has potential powers to manipulate the weather. She can make the sky clear by praying. Hodaka and Hina succeed in organizing wedding parties and other events as she uses her abilities to make the weather clear during the events. However, things take a different plight when they are followed and chased by the police. The story gets more complicated when Hina realizes herself turning into water. Their adventurous journey keeps the movie lively and thrilling.
