Gathering in London: Brexit Crisis

Tens of thousands of individuals in relation to Britain’s withdrawal from the European Union assembled to parade through central London on Saturday to need a new referendum since the deepening Brexit crisis. This has risked sinking Prime Minister Theresa May’s leadership.

Organizers maintained a million individuals from all around the united kingdom have been in London for a rally calling for another referendum on Brexit. It comes as the next largest vote Brexit seems uncertain next week. Campaigners marched from Park Lane to Parliament Square in the heart of London, followed by a rally in front of the Home of Parliament. They’ve discovered the backing of some run of anti-Brexit politicians, such as former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, former Conservative Cabinet minister Justine Greening, and former Tory Attorney General Dominic Grieve, and former Tory turned Independent Group MP Anna Soubry.

Brexit Gathering

The demonstration, organized by anti-Brexit groups such as People’s Vote, Britain for Europe and Open Britain, comes at the end of another hectic week in British politics when Prime Minister Theresa May procured a brief wait into the March 29 Brexit deadline.

Following three decades of tortuous argument, it’s still unsure how, when or even when Brexit will occur as May attempts to plot a means out of this gravest political crisis in at least a generation. May hinted on Friday that she may not deliver her twice-defeated EU divorce bargain back into parliament next week, leaving her Brexit plan in meltdown. The Times and The Daily Telegraph reported the stress was growing May to resign.
