Morrow, Georgia: Three teen boys were shot and injured in a shooting after a fight ensued between them on Saturday Night at an event in Morrow.
According to Clayton County Police, the incident took place at Lindell’s Event Center near Lake Harbin Road when a fight ensued between in the attendees of the event. The fight was isolated to the event venue which was later continued to the parking lot.
Later the fight escalated very quickly and during the fight, an armed suspect fired multiple shots injuring 3 teen boys. 2 boys were shot in the leg while the 3rd boy was shot in the chest area, police said.
The boys were immediately transported to a local hospital are being treated. The two boys who were shot in the leg sustained no life-threatening injuries however no reports are available of the boy who was shot in the chest.
Clayton County PD also added that after shooting the 3 boys the suspect fled in a Black Chevy Impala however police do not have any description of the suspect.
The investigation is still going on a Authorities are trying to find the reason for the fight and looking for possible leads in the case.
