Yogi Adityanath Blames Congress for Scraping the Sedition Law.


    UP CM yogi Adityanath while addressing an election rally in Baghpat Uttar Pradesh attacks Congress for promising to scrap the law of sedition, which the party mentioned in its recently released manifesto.

     In an election rally yogi said, “It is shameful that the Congress in its manifesto has promised to scrap the provision on sedition, which is used against terrorists and those involved in terror activities “.Yogi termed Congress as urban naxals.
    Yesterday when the Congress released their manifesto than BJP had deployed union finance minister Arun Jaitley to counter it, Jaitley said that the promises that Rahul Gandhi made were “unimplementable” and “dangerous”.
    The Congress said in the manifesto that section 124A has been misused and in any event, has become redundant because of subsequent laws and should be omitted.
    In a separate section on Jammu and Kashmir, the Congress promised to review the deployment of armed forces in the state, “move more troops to the border to stop infiltration completely and reduce the presence of the army and central armed forces in Kashmir valley , entrust more responsibility on the J&K police for maintaining law and order.
    Jaitley mocked congress approach for the talks to improve the situation in Kashmir and scoffed at the party for dedicating a complete section to Kashmir and not even mentioning Kashmiri Pandits.
    Yogi Adityanath hopes that they will win with a big margin, UP  will have its elections in 7 phases of elections from 11 April to 19 May.
