Are The Rolling Stones Coming to Canada? There Might Be Some Issue or Everything is Good to go.

When I searched for information about The Rolling Stones’ Show in Canada, I was met with a most interesting image from the Amazon UK website. It featured the band’s logo: glossy red lips with a protruding tongue. But this was no ordinary tongue: it was a Canadian tongue with the red, white and red bands and the maple leaf.

    O Canada!

Of the 15 remaining dates of the American tour, only one date is reserved for Canada, June 29, Saturday. The Rolling Stones will take the stage in Oro-Medonte, a verdant, idyllic little township in Ontario. They will perform at Burl’s Creek Event Grounds, the location of the Boots and Hearts Festival. Other big names to have played her are folk-rock singer Jack Johnson in 2008 and country singer Toby Keith in 2009.

    The Rulebook

A crowd of 50,000+ is expected. And the rules are going to be stringent: the venue is a rather eco-friendly and healthy place, so there is a ban on smoking and cannabis. Oversized bags are also forbidden. This is possibly a security measure taken to prevent the carrying of firearms or any other endangered objects.

Canada Day falls on July 1, so what better to kick off the celebrations for the national holiday than a concert given by one of the greatest rock acts of all time? Tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster, and if you cannot make it to the show, don’t panic, because it’s entirely refundable.

The No Filter Tour has been ongoing since 2017, and there was a hiatus due to Mick Jagger’s health complications. Despite his delicate condition, he was in top form during his recent shows, dancing, swaying and pumping the crowd in the style of a true legend.
