‘Eggsy’ and ‘Harry’ will Back in “Kingsman 3” for last time


    The first movie, Kingsman: Secret Service, stole the limelight when it released back in 2014. After 4 years and a sequel, Eggsy and Harry will be back in Kingsman 3 for one last time.

    Directed by Matthew Vaughn and based on Millar’s comic book, Kingsman: secret service was a sight for sore eyes. The first film saw Taron Egerton’s ‘Eggsy’ being recruited by secret agents wearing dapper suits to save the world. He partners up with ‘Harry‘ (Colin Firth) to save the world a second time from machiavellian played by Samuel L. Jackson in The Golden Circle.

    Even though the Golden circle was not as successful as its predecessor at the box office, the franchise managed to gather a lot of support.

    Kingsman Prequel

    Director Matthew Vaugh is said to currently shooting for the Kingsman prequel, The Great Game. While reports say that it’s been pushed back to Feb 14, 2020, instead of a November 2019 release, there was no official reason given for this move.

    The sequel is said to be lead by an entirely new cast. The movie has a WW1 setting and is set as a ‘period drama,’ the events of history is seen through the eyes of Kingsmen. Once this project is complete, Vaugh intends to end the saga with Kingsman 3.

    Kingsman 3: What we know

    Kingsman 3, which would follow the events after the Golden Circle promises to close the book on its beloved characters.

    According to Vaughn, Kingsman 3 will conclude the storyline of the relationship between Eggsy and Harry.

    “We’ve got to finish off the Eggsy and Harry relationship. The final chapter of their relationship needs to be told, which we’ve got ready to do, and I’m hoping to shoot that later this year or the beginning of next year”, Vaughn said.

    There are also reports of a new Kingsman TV series, so fans of the series might not have to part with their characters after all. We can finally get some closure regarding Eggsy and Harry’s story arcs but until then…
