Country singer Granger Smith posted an emotional message on his Instagram account. He shared the update with fans following the drowning death of his 3-year-old son, River.
Granger Smith and his wife Amber finally open about their son’s tragic death. They announced on 6 June that their son River died in a tragic accident at home. They posted an emotional message that “Our family is devastated and heartbroken.”

Nearly after two weeks of their son’s death, the grieving parents sat down for an emotional youtube video to give fans an account of “how we’re doing and where we plan to go from here.”
“We are going to search for every bit of good we can find in this situation, the worst situation we have ever been through,” Smith said while sitting next to Amber at their Texas home. “That’s my commitment to River’s legacy.”
The “if the boot fits” country singer Granger Smith said he was able to love his son just for three years and his son was assigned to the earth for only three years and said that he is happy to know that his son lived that three years for the fullest.
Smith said that this accident changed the whole situation of their family. After this accident, Smith, and Amber said, they relied on the families who have faced the same situation and lost their loving babies and hope to help that family to find a ray of light in the darkness. He said we have talked to some celebrities parents who have gone through the same situation and that seems very helpful, having an understanding with each other.
The parents Smith and Amber thanks the country community and their fans all over the world for pouring love and support over their family and thanked the fans who had raised over $100,000 in honour of river through the tribute t-shirt.
