Not too long ago, I was reading a BrandWatch article called “The 20 Most Liked Pictures on Instagram”. Cristiano Ronaldo (@cristiano) and Selena Gomez (@selenagomez) have three spots each on that list while Kylie Jenner (@kyliejenner) has an astonishing six. It should be universal knowledge by now that anything the Kardashians and Jenners do is fascinating to a great many people, be it posing as an avenger, wearing a fiery feathery dress, or drinking a bottle of $23 white wine.
Beautiful in White
The dual-picture post is captioned, “another day another episode of me minding my own business” and features Jenner in a white one-piece swimsuit teamed with white socks, off-white sneakers and a cross pendant. She is sitting on a table with a bowl of strawberries, a basket of roses and the bottle of wine. The post has racked up 8,433,307 likes in three days. Marie Claire reports that the wine is “a very affordable bottle of Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio” and even provided a link for purchase.
What’s with the Wine?
Some of us might be quick to dismiss the utility of articles that talk about a 21-year-old media personality drinking wine. If you think about it from a different perspective, you might understand that even celebrities like to live it down sometimes.
Other Tidbits
I did mention that anything and everything Kylie Jenner does racks up a lot of attention. Her girls’ night out with Sofia Richie was a hit, what with their glittery outfits and amusing dance moves.
On a more serious note, Kylie had some explaining to do in light of the allegation that her friend, Jordyn Woods, was involved with Khloé Kardashian’s ex-husband, Tristan Thompson. Jenner confronted her friend about it over the phone and told her she was scared of her.
