This is not good!Aquaman 2 and untitled Star Wars movies are colliding

Aquaman became the global success both commercially and critically after its release in December 2018. In a time where DC movies rarely succeed, this movie set to be the greatest DC movie ever produced after Dark Knight. Commercially, it is the highest grossed DC movie ever and why it wouldn’t be, the movie is the mixture of stunning direction and remarkable performances. Jason Momoa, 39, who portrays Aquaman nailed above all.

Due to the global triumph of the first movie the producers wanted to go for another sequel and well they did. Producers announced that there will be another Aquaman. Regarding about the sequel, when Jason Momoa was on the Ellen Show he gave the update for the upcoming film, “I was really, really, really, passionate, to do the second one because it’s the first time where it’s all on Earth. It’s combining land and sea, kind of like what I’m doing with this environmental cause. There’s no outside aliens destroying Earth, it’s us.”

The star recently shaved his beard for the awareness things and whether his beard will be back or not, he added, “And so I was excited to get back in there, and so I’ve been working with our previous writer, and getting in there, and we’ve got a locked story, and we’re getting into it. And I think it’s going to be like in two years or whatever. The beard will be back by then.”

Another thing concerning about is that Warner Bros. has confirmed that The Aquaman 2 will hit theatres on December 16, 2022. But the thing is the untitled Star Wars movie is also set to release on the exact same day. This could probably be bad for both movies. Aquaman collected $1.14 billion at the box office while the Star Wars movie has always crossed the billion dollar mark also The Force Awakens collecting more than $2 billion. Sharing screens would somehow imbalance the commercial target as both movies come in the science fiction genre. And the moviegoers are to be distributed eventually.

Well, it’s a long way to reach till the release date. Hope someone will pull up from this targeted schedule.
