Umbrella Academy is Back with Season 2 but Won’t release in 2019, 2020 Release Date, Cast, Plot & More


    Netflix’s new superhero hit shows Umbrella Academy will be coming up with a new season-Season 2. What’s going to happen to the sibling superheroes in Season 2?

    Filming for Season

    The cast has complete the filming the season 2 and Netflix posted a picture of the cast on set. Though the picture didn’t reveal anything, it was still lovely to see the cast together. Albeit Ellen Page, Aidan Gallagher, and Justin Min weren’t in the photo. Fans, you need not worry. Netflix has confirmed the show’s renewal. After looking at Aidan’s recent post, we can make out that filming is being done in Toronto, Canada.

    Right Back Where We Started

    The sneak peek of the new season is out by the show’s creator himself; Steve Blackman. He shared the cover page of season’s first episode script called as ‘Right Back Where We Started.’ This gives quite a hint that the season will start from when the heroes were younger, which indicates they traveled back in time.

    Umbrella Academy Season 2 is Confirmed

    Netflix has confirmed the new season. The main cast is going to return which includes Ellen Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, and Justin Min. Similar to the last season; the new season will be having ten episodes. Each episode will be an hour long, just like the previous episodes.

    It takes 18 months to do a season, said the creator, Steve. It is going to be a long wait.
