Sylvester has officially confirmed The Expendables 4
Sylvester Stallone has finally announced via his Instagram account that he’s preparing to work on the much anticipated The Expendables 4. Yeaahhhh! Stallone wrote in the post that all the July 4th fireworks got his mind going and he’s starting to cook up the next adventure. To clear any doubts, he posted a photo of himself as the badass looking Barney Ross, his character in The Expendables.

Why was there such a long delay in the fourth part?
Fans all around the world have been eagerly waiting for the fourth part for many years, but no official confirmation about its production came from the creators. The first part of the series was released in 2010, the second in 2012, and the third in 2014. Going by this trend, fans were looking forward to seeing the Expendables 4 in 2016, but due to some reasons, it got pushed back.
Sylvester who has co-written the scripts for all the three parts of The Expendables got busy with his other anticipated movie projects like Rambo 5 and Creed 2 due to which the production of Expendables 4 got pushed back for many years. But now with Stallone’s declaration, fans can rejoice. Although it’s hard for the production of the new movie to start in 2019, it’s a relief that the actor has confirmed that The Expendables 4 is his next plan.
Sad News: No Terry Crews in The Expendables 4.=
We won’t be seeing Terry Crews in the movie because of his fall out with the producer Avi Lerner. According to reports, Crews didn’t agree with Lerner when the latter asked him to drop his sexual misconduct lawsuit against Hollywood agent Adam Venit. Later on, Crews made it clear that he won’t be working with Lerner who has also been accused of sexual misconduct.
Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger will definitely be there. Although he was not much happy with his role in The Expendables 3, he has made it clear that if Stallone is in the movie and if he loves his role in the fourth part then he would also be there.
For more information, we have to wait a bit more, but it’s truly a relief for the fans to have The Expendables 4 confirmed by Sylvester Stallone himself.
