Lisa Rinna’s daughter Delilah Belle Hamlin Reveals She Went to Rehab for Terrible Depression

After gathering courage, Lisa Rinna’s daughter Delilah Belle Hamlin has recently revealed that she has been to rehab multiple times to cure her depression. She revealed this in a post on her Instagram handle.

Delilah also confessed that earlier she was hesitant to reveal the dark hours of her life. The model thought that her story could tarnish her image in the public sphere. But ultimately she did it so that others could draw inspiration from her story who is struggling with mental health issues.

Delilah Belle Hamlin further added that she started to feel depressed when she was at New York University. This phase of her life continued for around eight months and finally called her mother for help. After that, Delilah came back to her home and later joining a rehab facility.

She also confessed that in New York, she was living an unhealthy life which took a toll on her. This lifestyle had put pressure on her so Delilah finally wanted help from someone close so that she can share her story.

There in the rehab, she learned about many things. She understood the importance of being independent and learned about self-love.

By sharing her story, Delilah did a great thing as many people will get the courage to fight their mental health issues, who were suffering on their own. It is also essential to learn not to allow any other individual to control your life. So take control of your life and try to stay away from negative people and energies.
