Straight after 02 years, the wait is finally over, and the fans are all excited for the upcoming season 04 of Rick and Morty on Adult Swim.
This season seems to be an exciting season with Paul Giamatti, Sam Neill, Taika Waitititi and Kathleen Turner as the guest stars for the upcoming season. This news was revealed by Dan Harmond and Justin Roiland to Entertainment Weekly.
The exact release date is not yet confirmed, but it is expected to be released in November of this year. The first clip of the season 04 was seen during San Diego Comic-Con which includes Taika Waitititi who is seen as a tricky alien who is an app developer character named as Glootie.
According to the sources, it also says that two more guest stars will be seen in the upcoming season. The Game Of Thrones star Liam Cunningham and Ferris Buller’s Day off actor Matthew Broderick will also be the part of the show. The season 04 will be having ten episodes. It took two years for the team to release the new season, it’s said that there was this wait, because they have some contract difficulties which actually took them so long. Now they have signed the contract with Grown-up Swim a contract of 70 episodes which also tells that the fans of this crazy SCI-FI will be having next 07 seasons comping up next.
We are still in search of the spoilers, but the plot of the new sequence has not been yet revealed. Also, Roiland has mentioned that season 04 will tackle a time journey.
Well, all in all, we are all super excited about this brand new season to hit as soon as possible.
