Star Wars’ fans are eagerly waiting for the next movie in line, which is Star War: The Rise of Skywalker and the wait is going to end soon. Here is everything we know about Stars wars episode 9:

Release Date of The Rise of Skywalker…

Star War Episode 9 will release this year on 20 December. It is the third and last movie in the trilogy which began with Star  Wars: The Force Awakens in 2015. It is also the final movie of the entire Skywalker saga which came up in first Star Wars in 1977. Although more new trilogies are on their way of making we might not be seeing Rey in them as Daisy Ridley said that The Rise of Skywalker probably is her last Star Wars movie.

The epic fight between Rey and Kylo…

The posters of The Rise of Skywalker revealed a lightsaber battle between Rey (Daisy Ridley) and Kylo Ren (Adam Driver). On the Happy Sad Confused podcast, Ridley talked about the scene and said Rey and Kylo have a great fight in the movie, emphasizing the word ‘great’ again and again. She noted that Rey had become a better fighter and the lightsabers which were lighter this time made them look like they are swinging light and not heavy swords.

We’ll definitely get to know about Rey’s parents…

Who are Rey’s parents? If you thought that Sith Lord answered this question in The Last Jedi that they were junk traders who sold Rey for alcohol, then you’ll be surprised to know that it might not be the right answer. Ridley’s statement to USA Today has opened up the solved mystery once again in which she said that the director (JJ Abrams) has said that the question about Rey’s parents will be answered in The Rise of Skywalker and at the end of the film, we would know what the deal was.
