Sister brutally Strangled to death by brother because of the Wi-Fi password

Younger Brother strangled his sister over the Wifi password in Georgia.

16-year-old Kevon Watkins wanted to block everyone else from logging into his family’s Macon home Wifi so that it wouldn’t slow down the internet speed and services while he played his video games.

His mother protested against his behavior, which made him angry,  his 20-year old Kevon’s sister, Alexus stepped in because she thought he might hit their mother.

When Alexus came in between the argument, Kevon grabbed her by the throat, putting her in a chokehold that lasted for almost 15 minutes according to him.

The mother and her 13-year-old son tried to pull Kevon away from Alexus, but they failed.

Their mother panicked and called the 911, and it’s only when the officers arrived at the scene he dropped her sister, who had already died.

Latoya Watkins, the mother of the culprit and the victim testified last week at the Bibb County Superior Court- “get up off the floor,” she told her daughter, but she didn’t.

Their mother said that she thought it was a normal brother-sister fight and didn’t know something like this could also happen.

Kevon who was found guilty for the murder of his sister, was sentenced on Friday by Bibb County Superior Court Judge Verda Colvin.

“I’m sorry,” Kevon said with tears in his eyes as he was taken from the courtroom.

“He couldn’t really explain to me why he didn’t release her,” stated the Bibb County sheriff’s investigator Marcus Baker during Kevon’s two-day trials.

“I never intended to kill her at all,” he said.

When Kevon told that his sister is dead, and he has murdered her, “He cried. I cried too,” Baker testified.

Kevon has been sentenced to life in prison for the murder of his own sister.
