Recently the news of Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse break up left their admirers heartbroken and in shock too. But as the couple is too private about their personal life, no one knows what exactly is the reason for this uncoupling. Though the confirmation or any announcement is not there, we do have some saying that stated why one of Gen Z’s favorite celebrity couples separated their way.
Why The Uncoupling?
To E! News, a person in the knowledge reported that “Their relationship has always been up and down. They split this time after an argument while on their break from filming. Cole decided to end the relationship.”
While People’s Sources claimed that the two broken up due to the mismatch between their personalities and lifestyles. It also stated that “Things have felt super heavy in the relationship for a while, and it got to be too much.” Later the source said, “They’re both very professional though and trying to be as amicable and friendly as possible.”
It seems like the couple is trying not to make it awkward, but in their recent gathering at Comic-Con in San Diego last weekend the civilized behavior hinted something like that only. Reinhart even posted a picture from the event and captioned it jokingly. “Please don’t put me between these two ever again,” the caption reads.

Can They Come Together Again?
Still, the hopes are not doused off as Riverdale’s season 4’s filming is started earlier in the month in which the ex-couple portrays the reel life couple. But one can only expect for the patch up of the duo. To this the E! News source stated that “Now that filming is happening again, it is very likely they will mend the relationship and get back together. They spend A lot of time together on set.” The insider further said: “They have a lot of chemistry, and it’s hard for them to deny that they truly care about each other.” It also claimed that even after the breakup, the Riverdale duo is “on better terms and are talking about the future.”
The source also reported that the whole Riverdale cast which lives like a family is “rooting for Cole and Lili.” Well, why not? The CW series was the one that brought together the Betty Cooper and Jughead Jones stars together.
The insider elaborated that “The cast all try and make light of the situation with jokes on set. It is a very close-knit family, and so they try and brush their issues under the rug. Because they have to spend a lot of time together.”
