Paytm has launched a separate mobile application for its Paytm Payments Bank and you can download this application free from play store. The Paytm Bank app will help customers to get all the facilities connected to the bank easily like check their bank balance, use virtual debit cards as well as request for a physical debit card.
Customers will also be able to get 24 × 7 help and support through this Paytm Payments Bank. Android users can download this app from the Google Play store and use it. Although it is not available for iOS users yet, it will soon available on Apple AppStore.
According to the company, currently, the Paytm Payments Bank has 4.3 million users are subscribed from 43 million users After the launch of this app.
MD and CEO of “Paytm Payments Bank” Satish Kumar Gupta, said in a statement that, “This new app has been introduced for customers of Paytm Bank to manage their banking services”. The purpose of this Paytm Payments Bank is to separate Paytm Bank users from its Paytm wallet app.
