3 People were killed including a 6-month-old child and 3 firefighters were injured in a fatal accident involving a Phoenix Fire Department truck at 29th Avenue and Bethany Home Road on Sunday morning.

The incident took place at around 9 a.m. when a Phoenix Fire engine collides with a pickup truck which caused the fire engine to roll over.
Unfortunately, three people, one male, one female, and a 6-month-old child died in the accident. The man died at the scene while the woman and the child died at the hospital.
Three firefighters were also injured in this accident. They were transported to a local hospital where they are being treated.
Police investigators are on the scene and are trying to determine what caused this accident.
Phoenix PD has also closed down roads between 27th Avenue to 31st Avenue because of this incident.
