The reef break is a crime drama television series, recently released on 20 June 2019. Poppy Montgomery and Ken Sanzel create it. “REEF BREAK” is refreshing, silly, and bright and the ideal summer show to catch.
STORYLINE:
Cat chambers, a thief turned fixer for the governor of a stunning Pacific island known as Reef. But once you uncover the reef, you’ll find a hotbed of crime. Cat has an irresistible and imperfect past. Her past gives her an instinctive gift for understanding crime and criminals. Such as the nervous robber who departs her flight with a bag full of cash. Cat’s reappearance also makes waves for some older adults, including her ex Jake.

The daughter of the richest man on the island is snatched right out of her kayak. The kidnappers are demanding a considerable amount and expecting a cat to delivering it to them. Each episode will be a character-driven cocktail of crime, surf, s*x and sunshine.
CORNY BUT FUN:
Usually, I would slam the corniness, but it works here. This summer series is creating the airy vibe. And I am enjoying it and looking forward to the next episode. The cast is excellent, but some pairings feel forced. The overall Reef break is a nice break from dark crime shows. It’s off to a good start.
You’ll easily be able to guess all the twists in this crime story. So we can say that there is no such suspense in it. By the end, the cat decides to remain on the island. She will continue to solve crimes on her terms and conditions. “I am a slave to my conscience – such as it is,” she says. At the very least, “reef break” will leave you daydreaming about booking your trip down under.
