You have watched the snap thing in Avengers Infinity War and Endgame, nobody thought there would be alternate dimensions in MCU but now looks like it is, after Spider-Man Far From Home trailer. The Multi-verse Theory was previously quoted by The White Witch (Sarcasm), Tilda Swinton’s Ancient One in 2016’s Doctor Strange. And the fact became more palpable after the events of Avengers Endgame.

Spider-Man Far From Home is actually the perfect denouement to the Avengers Endgame and Infinity Saga as a whole. Jon Watts returned to provide impeccable Superhero flicks in a directorial role. Iron Man is dead, and it brought tragedy to everyone, but most of all, the bitter was for our beloved Spider-Man, Peter Parker.
Iron Man’s absence has hurt Peter the most, and he can’t get over this, but threats aren’t stopping to surface. There’s more threat coming, and Nick Fury recruits Peter for a mission to save the Earth. Nick Fury told the snap tore a hole in our dimensions, and Mysterio found himself in Earth but with troubles, The Elementals. So it’s up to the alliance of Spider-Man, Mysterio and Nick Fury to stop them. But lets that part is uncovered when the movie hits the theater let’s discuss the multi-verse thing.
Multi-Verse thing is not new in comics and superheroes movies, but we haven’t experienced this in MCU’s 22 movies, there were talks but not actually. Director Jon Watts himself confirmed the Multiverse thing. He said, “We don’t say specifically how far after, but the idea is that it’s almost immediately after the events of Endgame. So we get to see the neighborhood from the first movie dealing with the implications of all of the crazy fallout of Endgame. And, you know, in classic New York style, everyone is just moving on and getting on with their daily lives. Ya know, half the people that disappeared are now back, so let’s move on.”
Now to support the multiverse, there’s a new thing evolving, the reprisal of John Jonah Jameson Jr. in MCU. JK Simmons who portrayed JJJ back in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy was seen on Far From Home premier. This could possibly mean he is actually in the movie. In fact, in the mid-credit scene, we see Quentin Beck aka Mysterio played by Jake Gyllenhaal meeting JK Simmons’ J Jonah Jameson himself. And it looks like this featuring could support the multi-verse thing. A direct-connection to original Spider-Man Universe. (What!)
JK Simmons has been playing Jim Gordon in DCEU, but Matt Reeves is thinking of bringing the younger Batman so he could not be feature there. Till now, the Daily Bugle newspaper hasn’t been mentioned anywhere in the MCU. Our Peter is still a kid, and he has been revolving around okay life.
He has been fascinated with financial aid from Stark Industries that inevitably means he doesn’t work in The Daily Bugle. So, there’s a possibility of featuring not in this world but another, as the other dimensions Peter might not have the privilege to show up and hang out with a bunch of superheroes. And the JJJ may also be from another dimension being the screaming boss to troubled Peter Parker.
Spider-Man Far From Home comes on 2nd July.
