Tom Holland just can’t keep out the headlines.
The 23-year-old superstar is currently riding a high given the success of the recently released Spider-Man: Far From Home, though the tabloids have focused on quite a different matter this past week.
Back in June, the actor was captured by the paparazzi out, and about a music festival in London with a woman, nobody quite knew, while also giving fans copious amounts of PDA to gorge on.
Recently, it emerged that the mystery girl was someone named Olivia Bolton, an old family friend that Holland’s known since childhood, and that the rumoured couple had, in fact, been dating for months before finally being spotted together in public.
Holland also follows Bolton on her Instagram, which she has since made private to avoid all the media frenzy and public attention.
Of course, the relationship isn’t too surprising either, seeing how the actor recently mentioned in an issue of Elle that he’s ‘definitely a relationship person. I’m not the fleeting type at all; it’s not my way of life.’
After her identify entering the realm of social media, Holland’s legions of fans congratulated him on his relationship, while a few also expressed their disappointment that rumours about him dating Spider-Man co-star Zendaya which existed for years now were just that; rumours.
Spider-Man: Far From Home released to rapturous praise from, both, critics and fans alike around the world, and has already become the highest-grossing Spider-Man film ever made, beating out the ones featuring Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, having made over $979 million worldwide and etching closer to becoming only the 40th film to hit the billion-dollar mark.
