Who The Walking Dead Star Will Be Playing In This Family Drama
Reportedly, Andrew Lincoln will be taking on the role of Naomi Watts’ on-screen husband in the film. He is best acclaimed for his role as Rick Grimes in the show The Walking Dead which will also be carried forward in the upcoming Walking Dead movies. Heis other accomplishments include starring in the movie Love Actually and the British TV series Teachers.
Naomi Watts, also shooting the prequel to Game Of Thrones and the lead role in the movie is serving as producer alongside Emma Cooper and Bruna Papandrea, Jodi Matterson and Steve Hutensky. Cameron and Sam Bloom meanwhile, are executive producers along with Ricci Swart.
Who/What Penguin Bloom Is About
Penguin Bloom is set on Sydney’s northern beaches and is about a young family dealing with the aftermath of with a close to a fatal accident that left their mother paralyzed. And as they make sense of their new reality, they find a new friend- an injured Magpie chick the family begins to call Penguin.
The movie is based on the bestseller novel written by Bradley Trevor Greive and Cameron Bloom and is directed by Glendyn Ivin. The writers’ team includes Shaun Grant and Harry Cripps.
