Okay, our beloved Internet obsession is getting high on air now. No one is getting over to talk about Keanu Reeves. This gentleman is now like everyone’s head and guesses what Marvel Studios to want this guy. Safe to say, this guy had good John Wick movies, the fourth part is coming on its way, Duke Caboom will blow your mind in Toy Story 4, Bill and Ted are coming back and unbelievably there’s a festival dedicated to this man alone.
Marvel Studious reportedly wanted Keanu Reeves to join Marvel Studios, but Keanu himself turned down the role in Captain Marvel because he wanted to be a hitman in John Wick. Now, again Kevin Feige will not stop luring Keanu to Marvel Studios. Keanu Reeves has been talked about every possible role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but Kevin Feige wants to wait for perfect role for him.
When Kevin Feige recently spoke about casting Keanu Reeves to Comicbook, it looks like Keanu is proposed to join the cast for The Eternals. He said, “We talk to him for almost every film we make. We talk to Keanu Reeves about. I don’t know when, if, or ever he’ll join the MCU, but we very much want to figure out the right way to do it.”
But let’s think Keanu being the Iron Man. Will he makes best out of Iron Man? Well, Keanu Reeves is an excellent actor, and he has the ability to land the role in perfection. Robert Downey Jr. took this iconic role into the greatest level. All the Marvel fans had loved Robert for ten long years and seeing another man is like something strange.
Reeves has his style of role-playing, and it may differ to what Robert does. So this change in iconic character portrayal will bring dissatisfaction. It will be good if Keanu plays any other role other than Iron Man in MCU. And yeah, Marvel Studios even will not allow new Iron Man on board so fast. It may happen sometime in distant future but it’s future, who knows.
