It is confirmed that the Marvel Cinematic Universe develops Fantastic Four and X Men movies. At San Diego Comic-Con, Kevin Feige confirmed that Fantastic Four movie is in development at Marvel Studios.
In the march, Disney closed its $71 billion acquisition of 21st Century Fox’s entertainment assets.
As the deal was complete, the film rights of characters like the Fantastic Four and the X-Men were then handed over to Marvel Studios.

X-Men is an American Superhero based film in which the character of X-Men appears as the protagonist.
The upcoming movie based on XMen titled The New Mutants is to be produced by Marvel Studios and is expected to be released in 2020.
