Edina, Minnesota: Minnesota State Police said, “The road was closed between Excelsior Blvd. Minnesota and Hwy. 62 after a critical incident at W 50th Street in Edina, Minnesota to southbound Hwy 100 happened on Saturday morning around 11:20 a.m.

According to Edina Police, this incident has happened after police chasing and ended with a crash. According to the driver of the vehicle, he is not Complying with law enforcement.
State Patrol is assisting with traffic control for an incident just off of HWY 100. SB HWY 100 will be closed at Excelsior. NB HWY 100 will be closed at HWY 62. Find an alternate route.

The State Department of Transportation said that the Hwy 100 will be closed in western Twin Cities for at least three hours. Minnesota State Patrol is helping with traffic control during this critical incident and all the traffic was being rerouted.
Hwy 100 closure also includes side streets like Eden Avenue, Grange Road, Arcadia Avenue and Vernon Avenue.
