The Teen Mom 2 star is engaged! Kailyn Lowry’s ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, proposed to his girlfriend, Lauren Comeau, on Monday and shared the happy news via his Instagram.

Javi Marroquin wrote, “June 17th, I asked my best friend to marry me.” He continued “Our sleepless (mainly yours) nights… our endless laughs… and our countless jokes to each other now can be forever.”
Marroquin continued, “Without you, our gym wouldn’t be possible. Without you, we wouldn’t have a place to call home. Most importantly, without you, we wouldn’t be complete. Thank you for being the greatest mom to Eli and now (soon to be) stepmom to Lincoln. I feared not finding someone that would love me and link the way you do. Never have I questioned that with you. Thank you for everything you do for this family. I can’t believe I’m this lucky.”
Lauren posted the same photo to her Instagram, which features her showing off her new engagement ring, she wrote:

The couple has a son, Eli Joseph Marroquin, and a 5-year-old Lincoln from Marroquin’s side, who he shares with ex-wife Kailyn whom he married back in 2012, but later filed for divorce in 2015. Their divorce was finalized in late 2016.
